Epsilon Explores Uranium Target with Airborne Geophysics

has commenced an Airborne Geophysical Survey, at the Company’s Lake Dundas Uranium Target, within its flagship Balladonia Uranium Project, where EPS has 100% of the uranium rights.

Uranium Mineralisation Identified at Ida Valley

Uranium exploration company, Epsilon Energy Limited (ASX: EPS) is pleased to announce it has completed the first pass drill program at the Ida Valley Uranium Project. Uranium mineralisation has been identified and confirmed at near surface depths from this wide spaced first phase reconnaissance program.
Exploration work will now progress to Phase 2, which will include down hole gamma logging and further drilling.
Geochemical results from the program highlighted anomalous uranium mineralisation hosted in massive calcrete
near to the surface with a maximum uranium value of 119 ppm over a four metre composite interval. Most drill
holes were successfully cased with 40mm PVC to permit down hole gamma logging, currently being organised.
These results will form the basis for Phase 2 exploration activity on the tenement.

Expands Airborne EM Survey at Balladonia Uranium Project

Uranium exploration company, Epsilon Energy Limited (ASX: EPS) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its Airborne Electro Magnetic (EM) Survey, to include the Balladonia Central Target Group, within its flagship Balladonia Uranium Project during July, where EPS has 100% of the uranium rights. This is in addition to the survey to be undertaken over the Heartbreak Target Group, previously reported.

Uranium Survey to commence in NT and QLD

Uranium exploration company, Epsilon Energy Limited (ASX: EPS) is pleased to announce it is to commence a ground radiometric survey and sampling program at its 100% owned Mt Denison Project in the Ngalia Basin, Northern Territory and its Pandanus West Project in the Georgetown Uranium Field, Queensland.
Epsilon Energy Managing Director Matt Gauci said that the NT and QLD project mineralisation style is primarily
representative of metamorphic intrusive and metamorphic volcanic uranium deposits, and a detailed work program is required to identify high grade concentrations for drill programs currently planned for the September Quarter.

Airborne EM survey at Balladonia Uranium Project

Epsilon Energy Limited is pleased to announce that an Airborne Electro Magnetic (EM) Survey is set to commence at the Heartbreak Target Group, within its flagship Balladonia Uranium Project, during July.

Previous exploration within the project area, which occurred more than 20 years ago, demonstrated encouraging uranium results. No modern exploration tools, such as EM remote sensing applications, have been applied to the Project and the work program announced today will provide the Company with the appropriate data to build a geological model and effectively delineate drill targets.

Tenements granted in Frome Basin

Epsilon Energy Limited is pleased to announce that it has been granted exploration licenses EL 3773 and EL 3774 at its West Frome Project, in the Frome Basin, South Australia, allowing an exploration program to commence in the June Quarter.

The West Frome project covers an area of 960 square kilometres and is located between the eastern escarpment of the Flinders Ranges and Lake Frome in the southern region of the highly prospective uranium province, the Frome Basin. This world class province hosts widespread disseminated uranium mineralisation and many uranium deposits including the Beverley, Beverley 4 Mile and Honeymoon deposits.

Epsilon appoints uranium exploration research team

Epsilon Energy Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of the Centre For Exploration Targeting to undertake a cutting edge uranium-exploration research project, as part of the Company\'s organic growth strategy.

The Centre for Exploration Targeting is a joint initiative between The University of Western Australia and Curtin University of Technology, established by the West Australian Government as a Centre of Excellence in Science and Innovation.

The research project, to be supervised by Epsilon Non-Executive Director Prof Mike Dentith, will develop methods for quantitative prospectivity analysis applicable to palaeochannel-hosted uranium mineralization for use in association with established uranium remote-sensing exploration methods, such as thermal imaging and electromagnetic and radiometric surveys.

Drilling commences at Mt Ida Uranium Project

 9/5/2007

A 2000 metre drill program has commenced at its Ida Valley Uranium Project located approximately 60km West of Leonora, Western Australia.

The drilling program will comprise 40 vertical air core drill holes over 200 metre spacings with results from the program to be reported during the June Quarter. Interim holes will be encased with PVC piping for downhole gamma logging at a later date.

An Exploranium GR320C portable spectrometer will also be used to measure U3O8 readings from drill samples, which will accurately identify samples to be assayed for uranium.

The Ida Valley Uranium Project consists of one exploration license covering 100km2 and is situated in the same geological setting as the world class Yeelirrie deposit (55,000t U3O8) the Lakeway-Centrepede deposit (9,000t U308) and the Lake Maitland deposit (11,160t U308).

Epsilon granted WA and QLD uranium project

Epsilon Expand the Balladonia Uranium Project

Epsilon Energy has expanded its Balladonia Uranium Project by applying for two further Exploration Licenses within the Emu Point Group of tenements.
The two new exploration license applications (ELAs) , E28/1735,and E28/1736, cover the extended radiogenic Ponton Creek palaeodrainage system from Lake Booneroo approximately 50km south, to Emu Point in the Eucla Basin, and extends Epsilon’s land position by 860km2 within the highly prospective Emu Point Group of tenements.

Exploration commences at Mt Phillips Project

Uranium exploration and development company Epsilon Energy Limited (ASX: EPS) is pleased to announce it has commenced field exploration work at its 100%-owned Mt Phillips Uranium Project in the Gascoyne Complex of Western Australia.

Additionally, two drill rigs have been confirmed to commence maiden drilling programs at the Mt Phillips and Balladonia uranium projects – the Company’s two lead projects – early in the new year. Epsilon is seeking large scale sandstone-hosted uranium deposits within the Balladonia Uranium Project, which is located in the Eucla Basin, Western Australia, within a project area of 6,563km˛.

Uranium exploration and development company Epsilon Energy Limited (ASX: EPS) had their shares officially quoted on the Australian Stock Exchange on 13 December 2006, after its A$4 million Initial Public Offering closed early and heavily oversubscribed.

Australian: "Cost no obstacle to uranium demand"

"Uranium prices heading towards $US100/lb will have no effect on demand, according to the head of new uranium float Epsilon Energy.
